convenient location excellent food central station helpful staff
The location was really convenient, close to many excellent food joints! it was a short walk to the city center, canals, and central station. I found it very easy to get around. the reception staff were among the best i have encountered and. i could store my luggage and got excellent recommendations for nearby places.
The room had windows placed very high on the wall. It made it nearly impossible to actually see outside.

This hotel has a great location near jordaan and a tram line. It was easy to get around to many places! it is just outside the really busy tourist areas so i appreciated that aspect. the area felt safe and accessible.

i found it innovative that they offer a drink voucher in lieu of a service, and that worked well for me. a water dispenser on each floor was a nice touch, so i could refill my bottle easily. the hotel provided luggage storage which came in very handy.

the room and hotel were clean and the wifi worked well throughout my stay. the room was quiet which i appreciated and i could relax easily. i found the snack shop in the hotel to be convenient.

the location was amazing. it was walking distance to the train station and boat trips. the hotel is based in the centre, and it was really convenient!
My standard double room didn't include slippers. Though the room was clean.

central location breakfast upgrade friendly staff eco voucher
i appreciated the central location close to many activities. i received a complimentary breakfast upgrade which was a PLUS. the reception staff proved both friendly and helpful always. i thought the eco vouchers for skipping room cleaning were a neat idea
the entrance had stairs , made it a little difficult with luggage

the location is amazing! i easily walked to many attractions. the room included a mini fridge and a closet. the staff were friendly and helpful, i had no problem with them.
the room was small. it was difficult to keep my suitcase. the housekeeping wasn't great. i saw some hair on the floor.

The location was really convenient for public transport and city sites. The area felt safe and pleasant to walk. Breakfast offerings were excellent with varied options. Rooms had a good size for a city hotel.
Two flights of stairs made entry difficult with luggage. There was nobody to help with bags upon arrival. Pillows felt rather precarious and not supportive enough. The wifi system was horrible and made it difficult to work.

i found the hotel's location very convenient, it allowed quick access to many attractions. the breakfast included a great variety of options, i liked fresh fruit. i appreciated that the hotel offered luggage storage as i arrived before check-in. the staff were helpful in providing directions and local tips, this made my exploration much easier.
the elevator required a keycard for access and sometimes it was a bit fiddly

The staff at reception were very helpful, they offered recommendations for nearby places. housekeeping was very fast, they maintained the room in excellent condition. the staff were friendly. They provided assistance whenever needed.
